First one I thought of that used to be a favorite:

"I'd Like to Have That One Back" by George Strait.

I only have one, but in my opinion one of the saddest country songs I have ever heard is Live Like Your Dying by Tim McGraw. I love this song, but it always make me just super sad because I feel like I have to go jump out of a plane now that he is telling me to live life to the fullest.

One I heard a couple days ago Cowboy Jack by Dick Curless. Based on a true story.
"I planted some birdseed. A bird came up. Now I dont know what to feed it." Ramblings of a retired senile mind.

Saddest song in my opinion is Miranda Lambert's Over You, written by Blake Shelton about his brother. Just so sad and gets me everytime.
