Music influences me in a number of ways.When I need motivation I listen to uplifting music and when I am sad I listen to calm music.

Yes, I believe that certain sounds can heal. Whenever I'm sad or demotivated I listen to inspirational and happy music and I'm all better

Calming music can make you feel calmer and upbeat music does make it easier to exercise. I hate sad music(or songs with sad melodies or words) because then it brings my mood down.

Lately, whenever I’m down I’m trying to listen to happy music. but usually it makes me feel super wired, like sad but motivated haha

Music has a calming effect. While I do not believe it can heal physical ailments, I think it can be of help with psycological ones.

MUSIC is all that one needs as a companion. Whenever I hear music all the memories gush out related to that song. It affects me a lot. At the same time, it gives me peace.

Music influences me to get in tune with my emotions. There is music that resonates a level of inspiration within me. This usually is gospel music. Then there is music that makes me release all my toxic feelings like punk rock.

Sometimes it gives me peace and relaxes me. Other times it is nice to listen to the lyrics that really affect you and are kind of like what you are going through. Or it motivates you and gives you confidence. Music is really powerful when you think about it.

I love music, Music is a medicine to the body soul and spirit each moment I'm down I just put on my favourite songs
