Soothing, uplifting music can bring back our confidence, aid our physical activities like house chores, exercising, gardening, etc., and thus contribute to our overall wellbeing and health. Thus, our physical pains can be reduced, and mentally, we'll be on our way to recovery and wellness. :) :) :) :)
You absolutely spoke my mind. Do you know the thing that blows my mind question mark is the fact that music does not just act as a remedy for mental pain or emotional pin. It's going to also do wonders for physical pain. I do not know how to explain this but I can testify to the fact that I have listened to music forgotten my myself that my leg was hurting me and I said dancing the pain had gone I want to say he's like magic but it's not they should something about it.

Music makes it bearable. Sometimes I cry when I listen to music because the song will be saying everything I feel at that moment. Sometimes I do wonder if I didn't have music as part of my life, how much harder things would be.

Yes but at the same time it really depends on the song. I guess depending on my mood will depict on the song or type of music I listen to.

Sometimes. I feel like if I’m really depressed then it doesn’t help as sometimes the lyrics resonate with me too much and I find them applicable to my life. But then others make me in such a good mood after hearing them that it does help brighten my day a little bit.

I used to listen to music much more frequently than I do now. Especially in the car. But sometimes when I have a lot on my mind I need quiet. It seems there is always so much happening around me, so much noise I often get over stimulated. That's something I knew nothing about until I had my son and discovered he is neurodivergent and has sensory processing disorder.

it depends on the music and my mood, it definitely heals. in ancient times people used to use humming and singing to help people in "comas" and when a baby is a stillbirth the mother can help the baby's heart start beating by skin-to-skin contact and talking, the same thing can happen when the mother sings to her child when they are upset and crying, it's calming and helps the soul.

Yes, music heals my pain. Soothing music gets me through so much, makes me feel more positive and takes my mind off the issue at hand.
