The most I can do is walk and chew gum simultaneously. Jokes aside, I find it easier to listen to music and write than to listen to music and read
something.

I'm a music lover, so to have music playing while trying to read would be totally distracting. Plus, I would definitely not get the most out of either if trying to do at the same time. So, for me, it's either jamming out to some good tunes or quietly reading to give it my full attention.

I often find it motivating. Listening to music while reading keeps me going. Especially gospel music, I usually love "Tope Alabi" songs. I also love listening to "Justin Bieber" songs the sweet tone and all.

Not really. Sometimes, I turn on music while working, especially if I'm feeling a bit tired or bored with my tasks. I thought it might give me a little energy boost and motivation. But honestly, it could be really distracting. Music tends to stir up emotions, especially when the lyrics resonate with personal experiences. Catchy tunes often lead me into daydreaming. So it's hard to focus while reading as well.

It relatively depends on your type of person and the type of music you enjoy mostly.
If you're a calm person that enjoys listening to slow music to keep calm or fast music to ignite your spirit, you may listen to the music of your preference and read a book as well, it makes you feel the liveliness of thd book.

No, I can't. It is a huge distraction for me. I like total silence while reading, and my sense organs are active. I like to read and hear myself. It helps me understand better.

I can listen to music and read at the same time but only if it is an instrumental song if it has lyrics it ends up blurring or mixing things up and the music has to match the reading.

I can but it has to be instrumental, typically a movie score. I like a good beat to read to but if it has lyrics I'm tempted to sing along which splits my focus. With instrumentals, it's soothing background music that I don't feel bad tuning out when i get sucked into a story.

I can't focus on what I'm reading if I'm listening to music at the same time. Even instrumentals will just distract me. I need full quiet to absorb the words, I think

I can listen to music and read at the same time, but it really depends on the type of music and my personal preference. If the music has lyrics, I find it harder to focus on reading, but if it's instrumental or something I'm familiar with, it can actually help me concentrate better
