I for one can't choose a favorite Beatles song (there are too many good ones to just pick one). In many different moods and different times each song corresponds to feelings and thoughts (jazz and classical music also have this effect) so it isn't fair to me to choose just 'one'.

However, I can pick favorite albums from them. Although it sounds a little exaggerated, I have admired all their albums post-Rubber Soul. To me, every song meant something - they were important, whereas other artists would usually put in filler tracks for the album along with the singles. In spite of this, one album I have never likened was Let It Be. Nowadays I tend to think of it as a 'recording' and not their last album.

Same here. I like a good many of their songs, its hard to pick just one. Strawberry Fields is a favorite as is She Loves You. One of their very early ones I always liked is Nobodys Child.

I have always loved Fool on the Hill extensively. It has a special place in the musical fold of my brain.

I do have to admit, I haven't heard very many of their songs, so maybe I am not the most qualified to answer this question. However, I do really enjoy that particular song.

I'm torn between Hey Jude (because it used to be stuck in my head a lot) and Hard Day's Night (because it's relatable, applicable, and just plain catch).
