Plus, are you guys familiar with Record Store Day? Every April, bands release special pressings (like purple records, liquid-filled singles, etc.) to celebrate the survival of local record stores. They aren't exactly drowning in business, but it's a thriving niche market.
So I agree with you, OP. Vinyl records are totally back, and long may they live!

Talking about valuable records, Ive got Dave Brubeck's Time Out album. I looked it up and and one in good condition is worth 40 dollars. The one I have is like new, I bought it in a thrift store for 25 cents.

My kids are " snobbish " too, that's why they shop in thrift stores to get real deals in " designer " everything............some of their stuff still have price tags on them...Bighuey wrote:Thats true.My kids are kind of snobbish, they only like new stuff.
