I really do not mind the language. Nowadays, I may find myself watching a Korean or Chinese soap opera, but there is a moment when the theme songs get played. These soap have subtitles that enable us to understand what is being said, as an added advantage. This one fact has given the ability to differentiate between the two languages and actors. The other thing is that I find these songs interesting too.

I think songs in a foreign language can bring a new experience. One cannot understand the language, but can feel the song with their heart.

I really don't mind if they speak a foreign language. As long as the music is good, you'll definitely see me vibing to it.

I find music in other languages are intriguing! I discovered throat singing recently and it's so primal. Worth a listen!

I honestly listen to a lot of Spanish music and I’ve found that it’s helping me speak more fluently and I’ve gotten better at learning because of it. Definitely not distasteful. Some music is just meant to be felt even if you have no idea of what they are saying.

Spanish, French, and Arabic are not languages I can speak. On my streaming app, these are nevertheless some of the songs that get the greatest playtime. It doesn't matter if I can't comprehend what is being said as long as the rhythm is smooth.

I am not a music major but as fond of music for songs in different languages, I tend to learn and understand messages they portray by their emotions or on what they experienced in life. There are songs that can relate to anyone. It'll make you happy or sad. It can help you to know more about their language as well. Well, music evolves in quite a long time.

I have this perception of "country" or "sertanejo" music here in Brazil that the vowels don't fluctuate up and down but instead stay level - making the songs feel a little flat or sometimes just noisy. Other styles of music here a much more fun, such as samba or folk music.

I love listening to Mongolian, Czech, Swedish, German and Polish songs. I think it's important to listen songs there are in different languages because they intrigue you to find out what lyrics mean when translated on English or mother tounge and it's great because we can also learn different languages just through listening to music.

I don't understand French, but honestly, it doesn't bother me, because I can feel the emotion. And the same when I listen to some Italian songs...

I always enjoy songs sang in Spanish. Don't know if it's because of the beats or melody

Music for me transcends language, I love listening to different sounds and languages. I especially love it when there's a cultural touch to it.

Do you find them distasteful? Or do you like them?

Say Why for either answer
Regardless of the language, a good melody always captures my heart. Afterwards, I search for the English version of the lyrics to understand the song and thereafter embark on memorizing the lyrics (in the original language, of course). So, as long as I like the melody and message, any song in whichever language is a go for me.

Love them. Though I may not be able to resonate with what they say I love the concept of the different rhythms and melodies
