Lately it's been Goodness of God by Bethel
It just pretty much sums up life.
1 Cor 15: 19-20, 26 If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied.
But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead...The last enemy to be destroyed is death.

I Could Sing of Your Love Forever is a favorite of mine when I was a kid. I'm not big on religion now as an adult but I still love the music and I still love God. I just have a new belief system that doesn't focus on one religion. And I feel like gospel is a universal music for any kinds of faith.

I definitely keep Jamie Grace songs in my playlist, especially her Favorite Song song. I enjoyed the genre, how I can move along with the song without having to feel guilty about the song I'm listening to.

I'm not sure if you would count these as gospel, but Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" is wonderful and Jeff Buckley does a nice version of it. An old acquaintance introduced me to the song years ago. A fun, kind of religious song is "Church" by Lyle Lovett. It's a very practical, a bit off church song but southern Baptist style. It's a lively song. Another song a friend told me about. I haven't sang much since I was a little girl but both are probably very fun to sing.
"...I'd discuss the holy books with the learned man...and that would be the sweetest thing of all...would it foil some vast, eternal plan..." Hamick Fiddler on the Roof
