Not a big fan overall, but I really like some of Charlie Daniels stuff he and his band have put out.

I don't particularly hate country music - I'm just not a big fan, though I -

dug my key into the side
Of his pretty little souped-up four-wheel drive
Carved my name into his leather seats
I took a Louisville slugger to both head lights
I slashed a hole in all four tires
Maybe next time he'll think before he cheats.

Country music is popular in my heart. I learned about the genre from my mother. She used to bring home compact discs with music of famous country musicians like Don Williams, Dolly Paton and Kenny Rogers. Songs like it must be love, coats of many love, you decorated my heart, coward of the county, think about love and gambler I hold dear and love very much.

Country music is definitely popular where I live, in a very small rural town. I will listen to it, but only in the summer time. The rest of the year I am listening to music I can use for my job and country is just not one of them!

I don't know much about country music but I do love it.
Blake Shelton is good, he's got a great voice and performs well.

My favorite era of country was the ‘90’s: Garth Brooks, Travis Tritt, Reba, Trisha Yearwood, Faith Hill, Brooks & Dunn, etc. I don’t really listen to country now that it’s generally taken on a more pop-ish vibe, but I do like a few Luke Bryan songs. Saw him perform live a couple of years ago, and he’s an awesome entertainer. I went to see Garth Brooks twice in the same night (same venue) back in 2015, and it was incredible! He changed up his song sets and interjected with different comments and stories each time, so they really were completely different shows. I’m decades his junior and I don’t have anywhere near that energy level, haha.
