Music you didn't expect to like, but did.

This is the place for readers of poetry. Discuss poetry and literary art. You can also discuss music here, including lyrics. Also, you can discuss poets themselves, in addition to poetry.

There is definitely such a style, and one of them is Marilyn Manson's Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This).

Call me by your name. It was publicised as the Devil's song and had such a crazy video. Funny how I ended up loving it!

Definitely old school classics… I grew up not liking any classics but as I got older, I started jamming some of the old rock and rolls and they are irreplaceable!

Country music. This is one genre I didn't find myself attracted in my early years but at the moment I listen to country music almost everyday.

A Rock/Metal genre song, I just can't believe that I can like that too. But on the condition that the music is not purely rock and as long as it is combined with other genres, I will be happy to hear it.

So, I am a big listener of RAP, but I listen just in some specific languages like English, Italian, Korean, Romanian, and a few more, so I can understand something. One day as I let my youtube run wild, Japanese rap started playing, I was too lazy to change, and although I was very confused and unsure of how to feel about it at the start, I ended up listening daily for the next weeks the craziest playlists and artists. It grew on me.
