Music you didn't expect to like, but did.

Post by DATo »

I stumbled upon this music video and was ready to leave it and go somewhere else, but before I could it began to play and I stayed transfixed till it was over. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was.

Do you have any that surprised you too? Leave a link if you can so we can check it out.

Perfect doesn't last. I had it my playlist but had never listened to it. It turned out to be one of my favorite songs.

My favorite artists are Kelly Clarkston, Pink, Demi Lovato, and Carrie Underwood. Surprisingly, I recently added NF to this list... He raps. But its so clear, clean, and hits me right in the feels. I relate to so many of his songs.

I didn't like Jason Derulo, until I actually paid attention to his music!
It's honestly good and I have fun listening to his songs.
It's like the most unexpected things ever.

Anything by Michael Buble. And yet, I continue to love every song I hear of his.

That would be rude by magic. At first I thought I wasn't going to like it, with it being reggae and all. However, it turned out to be my favorite sing at the time. I had to listen to it several times.

I didn't expect that I would like The Weeknd, since his music is not my favorite genre, but his songs are very good. I've had one as my ringtone for a while.

As a lifelong lover of rock & roll, soul, and alternative music, I was surprised to discover that in the right mood, I can listen to EDM for hours. It's not as repetitive as I'd thought, and it can be either stimulating or relaxing -- very useful background while writing.

Post Malone. That man's voice does not match how he looks at all and I love it.
