Surviving being a teenager

Post by Ciska C »

Being a teenager was hard! Who were the bands or artists that you felt you could relate to that got you through some tough times?

A combination of Linkin Park and Kelly Clarkson could get me through the toughest days mixed with some Eminem for the frustrations!

What was yours?

The Jonas Brothers were my go-to artists when I need to listen to songs that gave me an extra umph to carry me through my teenage years. Still love and listen to their songs😍

For me it was 1D. I was crazy about them so was my best friend lol. Those were some good times and genuinely they had good discography.
I even listened to a lot of Linkin Park and Eminem.

BTS supremacy. I don't know others may really find it hilarious, but my affection for his k-pop band is astronomical. They survived my teenage life and even up until now.

BTS all the way. I can feel you though I discovered them in my early 20s.

I grew up listening to Westlife and Backstreet Boys. These bands were amazing. Tracks like Fool again by West life and other amazing songs from this bands kept us going

I had some questionable taste in music as a teenager, music that I wouldn't admit listening to today or better said wouldn't believe I could listen to something like that. My ears and brain would bleed.

Being a teenager was kind of complex and I didn't have any specific song then I just go with the flow. As long as the music is interesting I'm fine with it
