Should you care

people fight for thier lives every day
praying to be able to just have thier say
people taking thier life can't handel the strain
children crying in hunger and pain.

dreams of a better life are shatteed to the ground
why are so many of us have to be so proud
giving up a friendly hand when someones luck is down
keeping thier head up above water as they feel they might drown.

life's not always easy full of heart ache and pain
anger and violence will always leave a stain
replace the guns from our childrens hands with love,hugs and toys
people sometimes forget life can also bring love,comfort and joy.

say no to the violence and stand together with one voice
be the strength and the courage for those who feel the have no choice
remember the freedom you have that so many have fought for and have died
at least in the end you can say that you cared when you died.
