Which modern artist do you think is very poetic?

This is the place for readers of poetry. Discuss poetry and literary art. You can also discuss music here, including lyrics. Also, you can discuss poets themselves, in addition to poetry.

Agree on Mitski and Hozier. I find a lot of the time lyrics can be poetic and beautiful but I don’t like the genre of the music it’s done in.

One of my favourite artist is Hozier, He really enjoys poetry and he did some lives reading lovely poems.
His lyrics really show his love for poetry, I totally recommend listening to him

Billie Eilish, Adele, Justin Bieber (now people love to hate him, but i think he is a great artist), and so many more.

What was the band that did "are we human or are we dancer"

That was some top tier figurative language.

Keiino, if you look at their lyrics there is a lot of hidden meaning. I feel that their songs are left up to interpretation of the listener and not necessarily about anything specific.

Radical Face is somewhat an underrated artist with a lot of good music. The artist's real name is Ben and he manages to add such a soothingly relatable factor to his songs. Also, his songs carry an essence of story telling and keep you engaged till the end. His work seems very poetic to me because the sync of music with the vibes of the lyrics is so deep and beautiful. It forces you to think that THIS music was MEANT for these lyrics!

Bili Eilish is one that springs to mind. I love how she came up on the scene with just her talent.
