I love Spotify's Sleep playlists so much that some of the tracks ended up on my 2019 rewind playlist.

I like to listen to slow music while I fall asleep. Recently I’ve been listening to Enya- May it be, Billy Joel- She’s always a woman, Lady Antebellum- Ocean .

Audio books put me to sleep, especially dull boring ones like a 1912 History Of Egypt and Babylonia or a 1920 book about Lighting In Boston Subway Trains that sort of thing.
"I planted some birdseed. A bird came up. Now I dont know what to feed it." Ramblings of a retired senile mind.

I love gospel songs. So they're the best whenever I wanna sleep

Meditative, slow percussion, soft classic. Anything that is soothing and calm.

Jhene Aiko's music has such a calming effect on me, I have slept to it a few times.

I love the idea of sleeping to music, but it never works out. Too loud, I guess. I can’t even let the window open overnight without complaining about it being too noisy… I'm a picky sleeper.

Lofi music is one of the best. Y’all should give it a shot as it makes you sleep so hard, especially if y’all have insomnia, or having a hard time sleeping.

Interestingly, when I was little I liked to fall asleep to music from the slow and lyrical. But now I can't sleep at the slightest sound.

I love listening to relaxing country music to put me to sleep. I am not too particular about this though.

Troye Sivan's voice is so soft that even his faster songs could lullaby me to sleep.

I don't usually listen to music for sleeping. I like listening to music to relax before other activities, but sleep music gets in the way, and I get more awake.
