This is the place for readers of poetry. Discuss poetry and literary art. You can also discuss music here, including lyrics. Also, you can discuss poets themselves, in addition to poetry.

The beauty of poetry lies in its ability to capture complex emotions and ideas in a few carefully chosen words, which can then be interpreted in various ways by different readers.

Even though a poem may have been written centuries ago in a different language and culture, its themes and emotions can still resonate with modern readers.

Sometimes poetry is used to describe what we cannot interpret. When doing a poem the writer is responsible for how it will be delivered, and the aim of the writer to truly express it like how he/she perceived, feel, and think of a particular topic, can vary because of the individuality of whoever read's it.

Poetry cannot all be about interpretation, it must include acceptance or rejection in order to make or experience poetry.

I believe it's about perception, & interpretation, poetry is words for the soul from the soul. It's Freedom Of Expression.
