I don't know if this counts because the singer is the same, but...
"Baby Got Back" orchestrated by Gabriel Prokofiev, conducted by Ludivoc Morlot, sang by Anthony L. Ray (singer for Sir-Mix-A-Lot) with the help of some ladies from the crowd, music performed by the Seattle Symphony. Ray called it "Orchestral movements from the hood night"

Three cover songs I love are Jeff Buckley’s version of “Hallelujah” by Leonard Cohen, Van Morrison’s (well, technically Them’s) version of Bob Dylan’s “It’s All Over Now, Baby Blue”, and a version of The Beatles’ “And I Love Her” sung by John’s son, Julian Lennon. Julian sounds so much like his father it’s unreal.

I love Bad Wolves cover of 'Zombie' which was originally sung by The Cranberries..
It's an amazing cover and I love the way they included the gold woman in their video of the song as well xxx

"Girl Crush" by Harry Styles.

Originally sung by Little Big Town which gives off a feeling same as that of sitting at the edge of the ciff looking at the city lighted brightly on one side while the calming waves of the sea at the other-- the feeling of chaotic calmness that washes over you. On the other hand, Harry's version of the song makes you feel the same when you get to bed with fresh satin sheets, wearing your silk PJs and you let out a tired yet content sigh relishing the comfort from your surrounding.
His voice feels like a hug as you let your thoughts wander freely around that one person, imagining scenarios in your head, smiling as you do so, wishing them to come true some day.

Mambo No. 5 by Lou Bega. The original was by Damaso Perez Prado in 1949.
Most versions of Mambo Italiano, too.

Some of my favorites...

"The Wind Beneath My Wings" by Sonata Arctica
Seal's "Crazy" by Mushroomhead
Britney Spears' "Baby One More Time" by August Burns Red (because it's screamo and hysterical!)
"Who Wants to Live Forever" by Breaking Benjamin
"Over My Head (Cable Car)" by A Day to Remember (he sings it so well, and then a couple places goes METAL with it!)
"House of the Rising Sun" by Five Finger Death Punch
"King of Pain" by Mudvayne
"Snowblind" by System of a Down

ANY of the "10 Second Songs" on Youtube (one guy sings a song in a bunch of different styles, most of his impressions are really awesome!)
House of the rising son by ffdp ❤️❤️❤️
Now I'm definitely checking everything else on this list. Thanks for sharing!

I love absolutely all covers by Pentatonix. They sprinkle some magic on every song they sing. If I have to pick a favorite, it would be Sound of Silence originally by Simon and Garfunkel.

I used to like cover songs. Every time I already felt satiated by the original artist of my favorite song, I would always go to search for some cover to listen to—this reenergized my love for that song. Nothing by Bruno covered by Aaron Rebustes in particular.

I strongly despise cover songs but I cannot deny that some of the above mentioned are actually pretty good.
