personally most of the poems or spoken words are always based on my feeling or what am going through. Their theme depends on how I feel and at that moment when I feel extreme emotions I can put it down on paper.

I feel like heartfelt music. Depressing or relatable music usually gets me going. It reminds me to embrace how I feel, process it, but to not let it linger for too long.

Strong emotions spark my creativity, but also a specific environment. I have to be alone, with my thoughts, with music and then my creating starts much easier

My creativity comes from experiencing extreme emotions. Though I recently discovered I mostly come up with ideas when I am in a melancholic mood.

I believe music sparks my creativity the most than any other thing. Though there are many other things like good poems and songs as well

An inspiring song or melody and a beautiful natural scenery like near the walking down the beach during sunset or watching a manicured garden with blooming flowers or a canopy of trees would spark my creativity.
