It helps a lot. Music is one of the most powerful arts. Like Nietzsche said, life without music would be a mistake.

Absolutely. Music serves as a balm for the soul, offering solace during difficult times. It has an unparalleled ability to connect with emotions, providing a cathartic release and a comforting embrace during moments of pain or sorrow.

It can mask it for a little while, but I wouldn't say it heals.

Yes. It depends on the music. Some musics have a way of connecting with the soul.

Music is healing for the soul, provided you listen to good music. Soothing, uplifting music can bring back our confidence, aid our physical activities like house chores, exercising, gardening, etc., and thus contribute to our overall wellbeing and health. Thus, our physical pains can be reduced, and mentally, we'll be on our way to recovery and wellness. :) :) :) :)

Music is my therapy. When I'm at my lowest the only thing that cheers me up is music. I personally like metal and rock. I also love rap and greek rap but not greek trap. In trap they only swear is awful. I also like greek old music. Me and my dad could listen to greek old music all day. I love many genres of music but I certainly don't like classical music

I think music can really help heal pain, both emotional and physical. I've experienced it myself, where a song can bring back memories or help me process my feelings.
