When I need to cope with something, I listen to my favorite songs. My favorite genres are Pop, Soul, and R&B. Sometimes, when I am very frustrated, alternative rock helps me to calm down.

I like almost any genre I like them, depending on the mood or the way i want to turn my mood into, depending on that I choose.
