I'm standing in a blue grad gown with a too big mortarboard and mumbling along because I skipped rehearsal and have no clue what anyone is saying.
Wow, what an experience. I agree, Masterpiece by Jessie J does it for me too. It takes me back to my very first day of college. Feels good to remember such memories.

Every song reminds me of that time of my life when I had heard it.
Imagine if we had no secrets, no respite from the truth. What if everything was laid bare the moment, we introduced ourselves?

There are a lot of them. While listening to those songs I get transported to that particular time when I was into that song.

I can't seem to find a song that does this. I am still waiting for a musician that will do me the honors.

Some songs recall past love relationships that I loved to hear and don't listen to anymore. Instead, some songs remind me of childhood cartoons that I love to listen to again and again.

My mama don't like you and she likes everyone
And I never like to admit that I was wrong
And I've been so caught up in my job, didn't see what's going on
But now I know, I'm better sleeping on my own

This song reminds me of leaving the love of my life because of some certain reasons. I could have been married to the right woman and perfect time right now if it was our perfect signal though.

‘Heavy’ by Linkin Park feat Kiiara. When I feel a bit emo 🖤, I put this song on. It makes me feel a bit better after singing along.

Ribbon in the Sky, by Stevie Wonders. This song was very important to my father when he married my mother. It is an extremely long story but this song was instrumental for me being born today!

Yes it’s called reminiscence. Mostly songs brings back memories. And that makes it unique
