I loved the part where she talked about researching and preparing the outline for the novel. It clearly shows her determination and crisp strategy toward a successful novel set with historic times as background.

Now I know that there are levels to the subject of commitment. A whole year and a half? Wow!

I find it hard to stay on a story for a few weeks. You're both an inspiration and a challenge (a positive one of course, haha!
