A house truly divided against itself cannot last. Abraham Lincoln used to say this. America had civil war between the north and the south. Nowadays, there is a new kind of civil war between the democrats and republicans. Division is now the new currency of politics . America's enemies like Iran, Russia, China , North Korea are not only watching with glee but aim to widen the divisions. America should always be united and be welcoming to immigrants from diverse parts of the country. On which country, on earth will you find practically major languages on earth? None other than America. America should strive to be a nation welcoming to immigrants because it is indeed a nation of immigrants from the pilgrims who landed in Massachusetts, African slaves who were forceful taken from Africa and Carribean, to chinese , Filipino and indian laborers. America is a nation of immigrants!
