1. What do you do when you aren't writing?

If I‘m not writing, I usually teach younger children. Though young children are smart and they learn from their surroundings, I feel that when they have an interactive class, it enhances their learning efficiency. It gives me a lot of joy, and being with children helps me feel young.

2. What does your writing process look like?

I usually write down the flow of the story. Then, I write the story. I try to write one chapter everyday. I also take time to research. Initially, I write it in simple English and if needed, I enhance the vocabulary. After writing all the chapters, I send it for proofreading. This is because, though I can brainstorm ideas, I need someone to proofread my work because I rush at times.

3. Let's discuss your book The Diary of An Actor - Part 1. How did you get the idea for the book?

This book is inspired from the life story of Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant was a wonderful actor and a great human being who had the zeal to protect humanity. Disha was his former manager. He was highly intelligent, but he never used his brilliance against anyone. He was kind. In the world of comparison and insecurity where some people don’t want others to succeed, he showed love and helped others to succeed. He is my inspiration behind writing this book.

But such an innocent soul, with dreams and aspirations, lost his life in the year 2020 at the age of 34. This story is based on his life. There are several theories revolving around his mysterious murder. But, many seem like propaganda to save the murderers. Thus, I tried to write his story based on the true, underrated facts. It has been five years and still many in India are waiting to know what happened on 14th June 2020. So, I wrote this story based on his life. It is just an attempt to imagine what could have happened to him. Sushant and Disha should get justice. I feel that the world’s welfare is also present in it.

4. The cover is absolutely enthralling. How did that come about?

My heartfelt thanks to Michelle from Amazon Kindle Publishers for the same. He was the designer of the cover. It was his idea to create such a cover as per the story and theme.

5. What is your favorite scene? Which was hardest to write?

My favourite scene is when Disha rescues the kidnapped girl. It shows the valour of Disha and concern for others’ life. The hardest part was to describe the BWOOD party because it involved a lot of elements, and the story takes a sharp turn there.

6. The book discusses what happens in Bollywood. Would those who don't know much about Bollywood still enjoy the book? Who is the ideal audience for the book?

This story would be really loved by the Indian people and the Indian diaspora. However, everyone can enjoy the story because it is a crime thriller.

7. The reviewer discusses the intensity of the book. How did you keep this throughout the novel?

It was all because of my story flow. Special thanks to the media network who provided several pieces of evidence which helped me to brainstorm wisely.

8. What's next for you? Any books in the works?

I’m working on the second part of this book. I’m planning to write four parts of this novel series.

I like to end with fun questions.

9. How do you relax?

I listen to music and interviews of noble people who work for mankind. I read books as well. This helps me to gain knowledge and also refreshes my brain.

10. Do you prefer cooking or doing the dishes?

Both are part and parcel of food preparation, and they have a symbiotic relationship. But, I prefer cooking.

11. What animal would you want to be and why?

I want to be a dog so that I can love my master and be faithful.

12. What fictional character do you want to have a meal with?

I want to meet Harry Potter and have a meal with him. I really admire his intelligence and would love to learn more from him. He has the ability to think quickly in hard situations.
A book is a dream you hold in your hands.
