I thought there is another book for the interview. Really well done by the author for all her work, shifting to one career from another is a pretty tiresome thing in itself. Keep it up.

The insight that the author has on our psychological being is very diverse. Honestly, until this book I never knew that self-help books could become the guide to 'self-harm' that we were avoiding in the first place. The way the author explains how the mental space works is not only interesting but also helpful. I especially liked how he explained The Intruder, which is a personification of the harm that we do to ourselves, thinking that we are doing right by ourselves. The book is totally a must read.

The interview shows parents to retrain their minds on not limiting their children's capabilities, it would shape how they turn out as children.
The self-help book will re-train our minds to know that the Mastro- authentic you should be the primary focus. It sets you free to unlimited possibilities of being the best version of yourself. I thank the author for this eye-opening book

Wow. The flow of the interview is just good gathering all relevant information. It's a very good book that focuses on how to perform self help and why it doesn't often end up helping most individuals. I agree that's its a good book for people (parents) who want to shape their childrens lives.

Growing up and no one's really talks about it. I have read so many self help books thinking things will change only to stay in the same position. This books is an eye opener all, can't wait to read it.
