I very much agree with the author. Self-awareness is not only about understanding our values, habits, attitudes, and personality traits. It is also a time to make certain adjustments in our behaviors and belief systems. I will take that advice seriously. Great interview.

This interview resolved my questions and quiries that I have noted earlier after reading the review of his book. In short, the interview is informative, inspiring and on the spot with the elements - living, leading and loving. Further juxtaposition of the five steps and five obstacles in search of self awareness. He resolves for me the question of finding balance
Between the ying/ yang, good/ evil in find own authentic self. I think truly everyone can draw lessons of life from the Unfakeable Code, and it is a must read to me. Thanks for explaining the - Code role and function in the awakening of self-awareness.

This was such an interesting interview to read. I'm shocked at the number of thoughts we think daily, 75, 000 is a lot, and to think that most of those are negative. The Unfakeable Code sounds like a life-changing book that's a must-read because self-awareness is essential.
