The books I'll be reading are: 'The Color Purple' by Alice Walker, 'Cat on a Hot Tin Roof' by Tennessee Williams and 'Lolita' by Vladimir Nabokov.

I love the Pride and Prejudice BBC version of 1995 with Colin Firth

I teach, so I've watched some movies such as Bridge to Terabithia that I found very good, too!

Maggie Smith is one of my favorite actresses of all time. Top of the list would probably be Vanessa Redgrave but Maggie is not far behind.

Maggie Smith is one of my favorite actors as well.
This is an interesting thing to come up as one of my choices for this month is The Secret Garden.

Walter Sparrow was also one of my favorites.

"The Secret Garden" is one of my favorites books. I have read it in my childhood many times. Enjoy!

I like some of the classics such as from Jane Austen/Charles Dickens, however I think there's always something lost with a movie if you read the book first no matter what it is.

I love it when I find a movie and love it, then realize it is a book. I would rather watch the movie then read the book, rather than the other way around. The Chronicles of Narnia was another one, as well as A Wrinkle In Time
