I fully agree that strengths and weaknesses go hand in hand. It draws my mind back to the idea that "you can always have too much of a good thing." Focus on details is beneficial until the work takes twice as long as the average person. Hard work ethic is good until you burn yourself out. Knowing when to take breaks is good until you're viewed as lazy compared to your peers. Everything has an up-and-down side.
Personally, I would say focusing on details is my biggest strength/weakness. If I become really passionate about a project, I will work tirelessly on revisions until I feel that it is as good as I can possibly make it. But, that often leads to wasted time on details that most people wouldn't even notice
