Congrats! I'm actually in the same boat right now, and should be applying near the end of the year. I understand how much work and effort goes into this goal and I know it's probably going to be one of the most difficult things I face in life.Unsa Malik wrote:I really wanted to go to med school it was the hardest trial of my life because it seemed like everything depended on it . This is where I am at in my life as well.Scott wrote:I'm still in the present tense on this: I work hard on raising my two kids and trying to be as close to the role model they deserve as I can.

I will say that the amount of debt I'm in from school is my biggest worry right now, especially since I only have one semester left. I feel like the day I make my last payment on those loans is going to be my "stepping up the ladder" moment! Especially since that day is far, far in the future haha

To me stepping up the ladder is to work on self-actualization needs such as self-fulfillment, seeking personal growth, looking at life objectively, appreciating life experiences, spending time with loved ones.
