I thought the book was interesting and Henry's character development made him quite loveable! But Clare annoyed me at times and the age gaps during some scenes made me uncomfortable. However, I definitely see why people adore it so much.

The book had an interesting pacing. The new tv show does it justice.

I will say that anyone who finds that the book is dragging, the TV show shows us the same story through a brilliant and new lens. It makes the story more understandable and accessible for the audience.
