I was completely drawn into Luke's journey from mundane routines to the allure of becoming a stuntman. The review perfectly captures the essence of his transformation, and the use of colloquial dialogue adds an authentic touch.
I believe in something greater than myself.

I usually find comics entertaining. In this story Luke seems like an interesting character. It is curious to know if they manage to establish the movie set successfully and if he become a stuntman.

Luke and AI seems to have a big future ahead and I would love to find out if they were successful in coming up with a movie set. This seems to be an interesting book and I will surely read my free copy.

I was curious to find out whether Luke would take up Al's offer, and after reading the questions posed in the review, I'm even more curious about his experience. I'll be reading on to find out.

This official review really did justice to the book "Gone Bodfishin'" by David Clark. Sampling it from Amazon gave me some interest about the book, especially, Luke who's the main character in the book.
Luke experienced what many professors are experiencing now in our generation.

From the cover, I would have never guessed this was a comic book. Going from a college student to a stuntman must have been a rapid and exciting change. Thanks for the review!

"Gone Bodfishin’" by David Done. An interesting book, talks about Luke who is a part time employee and student. Eventually he meets Al, a cab driver. AI encourages Luke about his movie set, advices him on how to make his dreams achievable and a reality. Luke never gave up. Congrats on your #BOTD.

I think it is nice to read about characters who can leave behind everything to chase for an uncertain future. The review was short and nice. Hope to see more reviews like this.

Sorry to say, but I am not a big fan of comics, never was and never will be. Therefore, despite the generous gift of a free book, I prefer to skip giving my opinion on it since I don't believe it's possible to deeply develop the story in images and minimal words. No offense and congrats with BOTD, anyway!

The way Al invited Luke to join him on his movie quest sounds a lot too suspicious to me. However, Luke's adventurous spirit shines through as he decides to take on the leap to do something different with his life. I feel this book would be slow paced but also well worth the wait.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting graphic novel following Luke, who is working as a college professor, meets Al, a cab driver, who convinces Luke to quit his job and travel to Bodfish Town to "join" a movie set and become a stuntman. Is the movie real? Will Luke succeed with his new life goal? It might be worth a second look. Well done.

"Gone Bodfishin'" by David Done is the story of Luke, a student and part-time employee. A chance meeting with Al the cab driver turned out to be crucial because he intrigued him with his story about the stuntman job. I like how thought-out Luke's character is.

Luke's decision to drop his academic life for a possibly exciting adventure is a relatable and captivating string.I like how an ordinary tale of a person doing a career change/turnover, and discovering what's on the other side can be so fascinating. Despite a couple of typo errors, there's almost no hitch that stands in the way of the read. Enjoy

Wow, your review of "Gone Bodfishin'" totally grabbed my attention! Sounds like Luke's adventure from a dull routine to stuntman life is a wild ride. I'm all in for characters like Al, the brains of the crew, and Dean, the witty troublemaker.

The comic book vibe with the realistic dialogue is something I can get behind. And hey, flaws like the missed closure with Luke's ex-girlfriend, while adding depth, could've been a bit more sorted, right?

Your four-star rating speaks volumes about the book's thrill despite those tiny quirks. Seems like a fun, adventurous read for anyone up for a rollercoaster of a story! Thanks for the heads-up about the mature content too. I'm definitely adding this to my reading list!
