Thanks for sharing your thoughts on "Sonora Pass." It sounds like quite the journey through friendship and adventure. The dynamics between the characters, especially Esteban, Rachel, Jonah, and Celia, seem really intriguing. I appreciate how you highlighted the unique blend of love, crime, and mystery in the plot – definitely makes me curious to dive into the book myself! It's great to hear that the graphics are top-notch and contribute to the storytelling.

This sounds very intriguing and the plot sounds interesting. I will however give this book a skip as I'm not someone that like comic/graphic novels. Thanks for a great review. Congrats on BOTD.

Thanks for the review I in particular likes Jonah's commitment in their friendship and am curious to know his extent of loyalty to this commitment

The narrative seems to focus on intimate conversations and shared experiences among the characters, as they discuss their personal lives and aspirations during a camping trip. Through their interactions, the story likely delves into the nuances of human connection and the ways in which friendships can provide support and comfort during challenging times.

What starts as a story about old friends reuniting takes some surprising twists and turns into darker territory involving crime and mystery. The characters, especially Jonah, have great depth and make meaningful sacrifices for each other. A thoroughly engaging and unpredictable read.

The reviewer has a good way with words. However, they gave too many details. It is important to keep readers in suspense for a while.

Your review has intrigued me to look beyond the slow start I, too, experienced sampling this book. Now I feel like finding out about the mystery and crime, especially as it gains suspense.

‪Sonora Pass by Jaime Olmos. This is a sophisticated story that takes the reader all over the world. The story is good and wants you to keep turning the pages, and the pace is nice and swift which fits with the graphic novel genre.‬

It's incredibly unique that the author told this story using comic strips. I'd previously read the sample of this book and didn't find that it piqued my interest. However, after this review, I'll check it out again.
