This book doesn't interest me at all, but I agree, the cover is very eye-catching. Great review!

Thank you for the review.
The stages are based on this author's personal journey, not on psychology.

The title of the book has a strange feel to it. This book would be highly emotional while going on the author's journey of grief. Thanks for the wonderful review.

Wow. This book is one like no other. And the author's technique of applying words and photos, drive the intended message home faster. I'd love to read this collection of poems.
And your review is beautiful.

The combination of prose and photography demonstrates the process of grief in ways I haven’t seen elsewhere
Sounds inviting. Good review.

I remember the time I broke up with my very first then-boyfriend, it was so bad I thought I could literally die. Well, turns out I did not!

Anyway, losing your other half ESPECIALLY if its your TOTGA (The One That Got Away) is really awful. I have two friends who experienced the same thing as the author. It takes courage and deep understanding to write a book based on your own grief. Hugs for you, author!
Happy reading,
Gelli xoxo

As soon as I saw the cover art, I knew I was interested in this book, and your words convinced me further. I love how The Stages of Rot combines prose and photography, and how it really seems to go bone-deep. I also enjoyed reading your beautiful review. Thank you!

Capturing the very essence of the 8 stages of grief through prose and photography would be a lofty ambition with a potentially (revelatory) artistic impact! What a fascinating approach. Thanks for your insightful review of this one.

Great review!

This author's work must've demanded a great deal of her and it is beautiful that she has found a way to let it out and heal.
