I'm so interested to read this book. The mention of dystopian theme along with fantasy intrigued me. I too love talking animals and this seems like a great book to read.

Dystopian fantasy that includes Biblical references with talking animals and adventure? What more could you ask of a single book? Well include friendships and good character development and you have the book, Of the Earth by Kim Cousins. Go ahead and read it today, you will be glad that you did.

Of the Earth by Kim Cousins is a revelation to the testimonial teachings of the Holy Bible with references to Christianity. Jim and his two companions, a large cat named Carl and a puppy, will start an adventure together to the Smoky Mountains to complete a rescue and try to survive the journey. I would recommend this book to all readers who enjoy a great adventure saga. Congrats on BOTD!

A dystopian themed book along with talking animals sounds fun to read and extremely interesting. You mentioned that it includes many references to Christianity, I hope it is easily understandable by people who haven't read the bible. Thanks for the great review :)

:D I believe every story in every book is worthy of reading because it is created from someones beautiful imaginative mind and therefore entertaining and according to the reviewers account this is one of those books of which the characters embark on a journey that I am curious to know of the end. I look forward to reading it. Thanks for the review

Interesting theme, sadly the religious angle is not my thing so I'll have to pass on this one. But congratulations on being listed as Book of the day.

A book for children, and I loved how it connects friendship between two different animal species, starting with a cat and a puppy. Congratulations on BOTD!

The mix of dystopia, fantasy, and religious themes in 'Of the Earth' is intriguing. The blending of adventure, goodness, and romance adds depth to the plot. I'm excited to explore this well-edited book's unique take on salvation and friendship.

This sounds like a great read. I don't usually see books that focus on the animal companions as much as the human protagonists. Refreshing and I'm excited to get reading. Great review.
