This book was very well done. The artistry was whimsical and very creative. I really enjoyed the uplifting phrases on the facing pages. The phrases and quotes are beautiful and well written. They gave me a very positive feeling, and made my days brighter and happier. This book is the perfect size for any teen or adult. It's fun, uplifting, and relaxing. The pages are thicker than the usual coloring book. The only thing that I would change, is that a lot of the pictures look close in appearance. Other than that, I loved this book! I recommend this book for anyone who needs a positive reaffirmation of themselves and/or the world. The value of this book is well worth the price. It's the perfect way to relax and unwind from stressful days, or just to enjoy at any time of day. You can easily lose yourself within the pages of cute, intricate designs. I give this book a rating of 4 out of 5, only because I feel like a lot of the pictures looked too much alike.
