The book sounds like a great deal and I would also like to read and recommend it to others since it helps in self realization and reflection.

The author's focus on helping readers live an abundant and carefree life, along with the five principles of Effortless Theory, creates a valuable self-help resource. Also, the incorporation of fables and quotations adds depth to the narrative, encouraging reflection on the deeper meanings within. Nice review.

Indeed negativity when working towards achieving a goal reduces the chances of succeeding.

Yes i have only read a sample of on Amazon and I have liked what I have read so far. The line drawings pique my interest. I thought it was a book similar to The Law of Attraction books and I believe I am right. This review has only cemented my belief that Philosophy from the Mud is worth reading thank you.

A self-help book that helps you achieve what you want and become what you’re supposed to be through thought-provoking fables. Such a different kind of book. I agree with you, the cover is not my favorite thing, but the book sounds very interesting! Thanks for the review!

'Philosophy from the Mud' is a gem in the self-help genre, as author Erik Quisling's exploration of Effortless Theory, coupled with insightful fables, offers a transformative journey. This book is remarkable for its seamless integration of fiction and non-fiction.

"Philosophy from the Mud" by Erik Quisling is a self-help book that talks about the Effortless Theory, its five laws, and 3 basic areas namely words, feelings, and actions. It can help shape and sharpen one's perspective about life. Congrats on BOTD. Awesome review.

Philosophy has not always been my fort. However, I'm still interested in some aspects of the subject. This is because thinking has a way of expanding your sense of horizon. It'll be nice to read the thoughts of the author on Effortless Theory.

The theory of the masterful effortless itself is interesting and thought-provoking, it intrigued me and I'm sure you will do too. I agree with the combination of fiction and non-fiction portions in the book giving a different vibe that any average self-help book can't. I wonder if "effortless theory" and "law of the least effort" or "the backwards law" have something in common. Thanks for providing the review, it convinced me to read the book.

In today's book, the author employed a medley of fiction and non-fiction to educate readers on Effortless Theory. The book is geared toward helping its readers gain mastery and live the sort of life they want.

Honestly, the book cover and the title are a turn-off. I couldn't relate to the title, "Philosophy from The Mud," however hard I tried.

However, upon reading the review, I find the book and the content it holds rather intriguing. I agree that optimism attracts success, while pessimism often leads to failure. I also find the 'The Effortless Theory' interesting as it's something entirely new to me.

Fantastic review! Sampling this book, I also noticed the substitution of the Universe for the notion of God to accommodate any religious belief, and, like you, I liked it. I also liked the blend of fiction and non-fiction. But unlike you, I also liked the cover because it is intriguing and does not feel misleading.

I find it interesting that this book perfectly blends fiction and nonfiction (I think I'd love the fables). The five principles will help anyone who wants to improve their life. Thanks for the review!
