I will not be reading this book mainly because of my reluctance to read self-help books, but others may enjoy the author's lighthearted tone and uplifting stories. I especially liked his sharing his experiences with his students and his attempts to be a better teacher. Thanks for your review!

A quick read humorous book with every day lessons. The perfect fast read. I don't mind the errors. Congrats.

I sampled the book on Amazon. This is a self-help-help book which will help you to keep a positive outlook toward life. Paul E. Kotz does this by sharing his vast experience of life. You can keep revisiting this book which is of only around 100 pages to maintain your motivation. Cheers :) :)

It seems like an inspiring read. I have also sampled the few pages of the book and learned that it gives a reader a reason to smile and encourages one to make a positive impact on others. Great review!

This is a good resource book. We all need a pick-me-up every now and then, and this book will definitely come in handy at such period. It's a shame about the punctuation errors though. Thanks for the splendid review.

I always like reading about the stories of people and this one is no different. The author is giving a peek in his life and story, lessons learned by him and his family. This is a hit for me.

Thanks for a helpful and informative review. I do like books that offer a pick-me-up because as you say, reading something inspiring often alters consciousness. The punctuation errors would bug me for sure though, and I'm a bit of an old cynic about the "chicken soup" type stuff and the viral emails generated.
This post was brought to you by the word "specifically".

I’m not a huge self-help book reader, but this book could be helpful. Especially if you are in a hurry. It’s nice to read an inspiring short story or a saying sometimes. It’s too bad about all the editing errors. Thanks for your review.

Something Happened Today is an inspirational book that seeks to boost our confidence by encouraging us to look at the positive angles to our accomplishments in life. Kinda the-glass-is-half-full and count-your-blessings book. Let's not underrate ourselves always. Every day, we take a step forward. We just have to realize it and acknowledge it for what it is. Those weighing whether to pick up this book should read the review of kandscreeley. She describes the book as "the pick-me-up you're looking for" on days "you just weren't feeling it." She also suggests a professional proofread of the book because such book deserves to be the best it can be given its uplifting content.

I hate reading voluminous book. A book that is just 200 pages with eight sections is my favorite. I really appreciate the contents of the book. Thanks for the review.
