The title, A World Diverse III: In Need Of Help, is one I can relate to. It does seem like the world can use all the help it can get. I like that the poems are straightforward and not ambiguous. This book has been added to my want-to-read list. Thanks for the great review!

I read and reviewed the second book, and I found the sample pages of this to be of the same simplistic and easy to follow flow. Like you said here, his work is not complex or leaves you muddling. His style is very straight forward and encouraging. Great job on this review. I didn’t know he had a third book out, so this is great information!

A book of poetry divided into three distinct sections that work together to paint a picture of the current state of society and where the world is headed.
A well-organized, easy-to-understand collection of poems about community, diversity, and loss. Plus, it is well edited. Well, it sounds a must-read for those who enjoy reading poetry. Unfortunately, I will pass on this one as it is not my genre! Thank you for the beautiful, detailed review, Camille! :tiphat:

I have never been one to read books of poetry but lately have been thinking about broadening my horizons! Due to your review it sounds like this book would be a good starting place for someone like me who would need poems I could understand! I still remember in English Literature class in high school how I never came up with the same meaning everyone else did! Wonderful review!

Typically I'm not a poetry person beyond the classics, but the sample of this book caught my eye. I also like that you noted how it's put together comprehensively, as a poetry book with a theme makes my brain happy. Poetry books that scramble up the poems is fine, but if there's careful consideration of how it's put together, that always catches my attention. Thanks for the review!

This is a very diverse collection which addresses various pertinent issues in today's world. I am also exploring the concept that "life is what we make of it" as this helps me adopt a more optimistic outlook. Loss is an experience which i believe is relatable to all human beings. Therefore, the second section of the book may act as a source of comfort to persons experiencing loss. With regards to the third section of the book, i am of the opinion that the advancements in technology have, inspite of creating a global village, led to isolation of ourselves from those closest to us. Technology has seemingly dehumanized communication as people are simply interacting with a technological device to relate their messages; they become absorbed in a cyber world, and ultimately ignore the real world.

This might be one of the most impressive works of modern poetry I've had the pleasure of coming across. Thank you for your excellent review.

I usually don’t read poetry because I don’t feel like I fully “get” it. This one seems more straightforward, though, so I might try it out. Thanks for the review and congrats on being BOTD!

Poetry is usually a very subjective matter and political and sociological viewpoints can be especially one-sided. This collection of poetry sounds extremely provocative and certainly relevant to today's society with all the new technological advances. I will be interested to read the poets viewpoint as expressed in his poetry, and compare it to mine and other poets that I have read. A nicely written review that was pleasant in its impartiality.

I have a penchant towards sincere and easily comprehensive poetry as oppose to obtuse and convoluted poems. So I would enjoy reading these poems. Your review gives a solid picture of the types of poems in this collection, thanks for your informative review.
