Thank you, I will look out for the otherskandscreeley wrote: ↑07 Oct 2019, 19:45You're right. Safety isn't a very fun topic, but the author makes it enjoyable. I'm glad your daughter liked this one. Make sure to check out the others in the series.LianaMayhew wrote: ↑07 Oct 2019, 18:20 My daughter loved this book! I must say I agree with her. Making safety sound fun isn't easy, but the author has done a great job and with such amazing imagination to have talking signs! Thank you for the review.

Sometimes I think authors want to know if there book is any good before they even have it edited. Maybe, though, they just don't understand the value. In any case, hopefully it'll be fixed.

There aren't many other books that teach about these warning signs. Thanks!Tiffbeagle wrote: ↑09 Oct 2019, 18:13 Talking cones and signs? Odd characters, but as a parent myself, anything that works is wonderful! Lots of colors and funny characters would be great to keep a young child's attention. Great review!

It's an important message for adults, too. We need to pay more attention. Thanks.

I hadn't either, and I'm glad I read it. Thanks for your comments.unamilagra wrote: ↑10 Oct 2019, 16:27 This is a cute concept for a children's book. I haven't seen anything like it before. Hopefully the author gets some of the editing cleaned up a bit. Great review!

I definitely agree. It's why I felt they were worth mentioning. An extra comma here or there doesn't bother me, but this was constant. Thanks!bookowlie wrote: ↑12 Oct 2019, 09:10 Thanks for another insightful review! The concept of the story sounds very unique. However, the constant use of commas instead of periods would drive me crazy. Although the grammar might be considered poetic license, it's important for children to learn proper grammar. All these commas might cause kids to develop bad habits in their own writing.
