Johnny really impressed us with his skills of fast leaning. It seems cool and very convenient. But the most important thing that I like about Johnny is the way he earned the respect of the bandit chief. It was what led him to gain the book.SHALLU RAWAL wrote: ↑28 Oct 2019, 21:37 Learning a new language is indeed difficult, but like Jonny, I also like to learn them quickly. Also, I want to learn handling situation calmly because this is a thing that I lack.

Me too! I would love to be better at learning languages.Firefawkes wrote: ↑05 Oct 2019, 08:16 Sarah's skills are impressive, but I'd love to be able to master languages as quick and easily as Jonny can. I find it rather difficult to pick up a new language so and help would be appreciated!

I am honestly not sure what any of the other skills would be considered Warramunga specific though. Everything else seemed like you would pick it up through military training.

What language are you studying now? I'm not really good in planning so I guess I'd take that one as well. Reading people's intentions is something I'm good at and boy it really comes in handy whenever there is a tense situation, and I hope I won't be able to use it being surrounded by captors and bad people.aacodreanu wrote: ↑02 Oct 2019, 09:35 Indeed surviving in the wilderness is a great skill to have, provided there is a chance to find oneself in such a situation. Also planning, reading people's intentions, even when one does not speak their language and, of course, learning new languages (which I am actually doing, but not in an emergency situation like Johnny in the book).
