I have no objection to that. In fact that sort of makes sense.

You go tj.

Ok. Here we go...

With adjectives and nouns, metrics and rhymes,
I can make your imagination fly.
I will have some verbs, at times.
So, can you guess what am I?

And the updated list of words that we've already used:

Moon, potato, shoe, balloon, piano, fire, hat, water, money, wind, book, Tolkien, clothes, window, secret, traffic light, breath, shadow, horizon, summer vacation, cosmetics, shower, table, spring, riddle, crown, sleep.
To read or not to read? That's not even a question!

I think you got it, @DATo. A poem sounds just right.

OK ....

If you are good to me I can make your home a thing of beauty, and if not - a witch's lair.
I can hide shamrocks.
I exist in every land and people who speak different languages all interact with me the same way.
I have relatives who are enemies and try to hurt or even kill me, but often people come to my defense and punish them.

What am I?

EDITED TO ADD: (one more clue)

I am alive.

and I think I will change "shamrocks" to "four leaf clovers" because it has nothing specifically to do with Ireland.

No. Not a leprechaun. It is a real living thing which we see everyday. But remember, life comes in many forms.

A plant? It’s the only thing that comes to mind.

Well, it IS a plant. In fact it is an entire array of plants that constitute one entity.

Reread the clues with this in mind.

Very, very close, but much more basic than a garden, and MANY more individual plants than a garden.
