I have read about half of the book so far and it has a lot of great information in it. I have studied natural stress remedies for a little while, and was excited to find some things I had heard of and knew were good and also many new things. I am glad I chose to read this book.

Overall, I found the book a bit boring. From the beginning, the author just provided the reader with definition of terms such as anxiety and stress and their causes. I felt the author could have done something to make the book more interesting and engaging. That notwithstanding, I found the content of the book to be important and helpful. Anxiety and stress are especially important in today's world of social media and technology. So indeed, I would not hesitate to rate this book 3 out of 4 stars and recommend it to everyone. We all need to learn how to manage our stress and anxiety.

Natural Relief for anxiety and stress by Gustavo Kinrys MD is a self help book that explains what anxiety and stress are and how they are so common in today life. I enjoyed the book and would rate it 3 out of four stars as I wished there was more real life examples to relate to.

This is an enlightening self-help book that provides practical steps that help people suffering from anxiety and stress find relief. The book begins with encouraging comments from the authors that will inspire readers to see the need of applying practical steps, if need be, that will help them ease the severe effects of anxiety and stress.

I appreciate the effort the authors applied to deliver this message, which I believe will yield positive results. I like the tone used in the narration, it is sincere and encouraging. The writing style is great. The authors' thoughts are well-organised. I didn't find any typos/errors or anything to dislike about the book. The book seems to be a reliable guidance for anxiety and stress management.

I rate the book at 4 out of 4 stars because it's practical and educational. There is plenty to learn about anxiety and stress, such as the signs and symptoms, practical remedies, etcetera.

I recommend it to medical practitioners or people living with individuals suffering from anxiety or stress.

You'll not regret using your time to read to the end. Comparatively, this book has better explanations than books I have read. It's not the mainstream type of the self-help genre.

I loved how thorough this book was. It goes into detail about pretty much everything related to stress and anxiety and not only does it provide the methods that can be used to relieve stress and anxiety, it also provides the side-effects and any negative views against the validity of those methods. The language is also easy to understand.

I have yet to finish the entire book, but so far, I think it is going to be good, likely 4 out of 4. I love these kinds of books. I get to delve more into psychology and learn different ways to help people (including myself). I'll post again once I finish (assuming I don't forget).

This is a very important book. The fact that it highlights issues affecting our lives, makes it a must-read.
It addresses anxiety and stress in a professional way. It goes further to educate on how to handle the same.

You want to be more relaxed and happier? Gustavo Kinry MD offers a practical solution to achieve this. You will learn how anxiety and stress affects your state of being and then you will presented with actions you can do to lower your levels of exposure.

Proper exercise, meditation and natural remedies will be your companions to reach the balance your body and soul need to make you feel better.

Well written and the book contains anything you would want to know if you are a beginner in this journey. I give it 4 out of 4.

I have only partially finished this book but one of things I really enjoyed about this book was that the writing was clear and concise allowing for readers to enjoy it without the technical or medical knowledge typically required in books that discuss psychological ideas. This makes it really enjoyable and relatable to myself as a reader and as a human being interested in learning about anxiety and different stressors. I'm interested to read the rest of this book.

The book has got alot of valuable information in regards to anxiety and stress. It gives a clear definition, the symptoms and ways to curb stress and anxiety naturally.
At this particular time the world is facing the pandemic of Corona virus and most of the people are suffering from stress hence I would recommend the book because it will help one understand what they are going through either mentally, physically or financially.
I would therefore rate the book as 4 out 4.

I struggle when I read books about mental health, as I find myself comparing my own progress/ decisions for my mental health to whatever the author suggests or has experienced. Too often, I find that mental health is discussed as if treatment is a one-size-fits-all fix. It's not. What the author proposes might work for some people, but it's not possible to write a handbook for how to improve something like anxiety that affects everyone differently. While exercise and scheduled meditation may help some people, they may not be feasible for someone depending on whether they have any other underlying conditions or how severe their anxiety is. How someone chooses to treat/ work on means to improve their anxiety is a personal journey and sometimes, I feel that outside influences can cause more harm than good. While the writing was clear, I wish there had been more acknowledgement that everyone's anxiety is a little different, thus their journey to manage anxiety and stress will be a little different.

I'm currently reading this book and I like what I've read so far. It's very informative. The chapter on CBT was very interesting and I might put those suggestions into practice to see if it will help with my phobia of heights.

This is a forward, simple and to the point book. What I liked most is the explanation about what anxiety and stress is and the causes thereof. The author ensures the reader understand it before continuing to discuss possible natural remedies. These are illnesses of modern-day life and people are not always able to control it. There is nothing that I disliked about the book. I would recommend it to people who have a constant struggle with anxiety and stress.

I have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder with psychotic features. For years I took medication only to find it made me not have emotion. The effects of the medication has caused liver damage. I quit the medication and have found books like this one to be more effective. I rate this a 4 out of 4 because of how easy the information is to understand and utilize. I have been in CBT for 3 years now and have made more positive progress than I did over the previous 10 years of medication.
