This book offers a lot of good, sound advice on how to cope with stress and anxiety. It reinforces the fact that we don't always have to depend on prescription medicine to handle these issues; but, when we do have to take the medicine, it is ok! Some anxiety is from the stress of life, and some is from a chemical deficit, so whichever way a person chooses to handle stress and anxiety is correct! I enjoyed this book.

I had found the author's thesis on natural relief for anxiety and stress to be quite modest. He approached with caution on both sides considering that there are some people who take prescription drugs. He also presented his ideology in a simple and straightforward manner easy for a layperson to grasp. He had his book well-edited too.
I rate the book 3 out of 4 because of its basic disposition on the subject matter, considering other books of its kind.

I would rate this book with three out of four stars. It is a good summary on things about anxiety and stress that will be very informative to many readers interested in the subject. I would recommend it to readers who haven't read about these topics before. This book is a great way to start.

The book is informative and educative on how to deal with stress and anxiety without having to take medications from pharmaceuticals.
I like the fact that the author creates awareness on the natural ways that can help curb stress and anxiety. For example the foods we eat.
There is nothing I dislike about this book as it is well written and suits every other person in the society.
I do recommend it to all those who would love to live a healthy life by using natural remedies for stress and anxiety.

I have read that both anxiety and stress can lead to long term damage in your brain, so this was a great book to understand more about these conditions. I liked how the book had many things that the readers could learn, rather than focusing on a single aspect. I feel like the author really wanted people to understand the conditions, and to showcase a variety of things that may help, so that the readers could choose something that would fit their specific needs.

This book provides a lot of detailed information about anxiety and stress. The author also gave the information about the side effects and what to do at that situation. I liked this book, and I agree with the author. Also, I believe in different types of deep meditations. Only the person can help himself. Doctors can only give you destruction.

I'm in to non-fiction books right now. I loved how the author educated the readers about its symptoms first. I think this is the most crucial part because a lot of patients do not know they have it. They tend to neglect what they are feeling and might result to a bigger mental health problem. I did not see any error nor anything that will cause me to dislike this book. This deserves a 4 out of 4 stars.

I like that the author goes directly to the topic and that it is not complicated to read. Today's situation in the world is really difficult and I believe that this book, but also similar books could help a lot of people.

In today's world anxiety and stress are the words that we commonly use in our day to day life. Many find ways to overcome the stress and anxiety, but many succumb to its effects. This book has tremendous amount of information of how to handle both these inner demons. Information on this regard is vast in various sources, but kudos to the author for trying to provide maximum information about the symptoms, side effects, and how to overcome and handle them. This book is both educative and informative in a refreshing way.

This book deserves a 4/4 for its simplicity, straight forwardness and for the tremendous amount of information it has. Kudos to the author for the effort.

I thought this book was quite simplistic. To me anxiety and stress are very different things. Stress doesn't help anxiety, but anxiety disorders can be a lot more serious than just dealing with a bit more stress than usual. However, it is easy to read and probably a good book to start with if you are starting to question whether your stress levels are affecting your life in a negative way. As a person who has an anxiety disorder and studied many of the therapies available I thought this is a quick guide to the basics but not a comprehensive answer. Anxiety is complex and I have found there is not necessarily one treatment but a combination of many things talked about in the book. It is also important to recognise that different methods work for different people because often anxiety disorders come with other conditions.
I would give this book a 3 out of 4 rating. It was well written but I am not sure who the book is aimed at. If it is a starting point for people trying to deal with stress then I would recommend it, or as an overview of treatments available for those with anxiety who are just beginning to look for remedies. However, I would be worried if people with serious anxiety disorders didn't consult their doctors and also consider medication, because natural remedies, especially herbal supplements, can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Just because something is "natural" doesn't make it safe. I did think the information about CBT, meditation and mindfullness were very useful, and would be a good start for reducing stress.
