I rate the book 3 out of 4 because of its basic disposition on the subject matter, considering other books of its kind.

I like the fact that the author creates awareness on the natural ways that can help curb stress and anxiety. For example the foods we eat.
There is nothing I dislike about this book as it is well written and suits every other person in the society.
I do recommend it to all those who would love to live a healthy life by using natural remedies for stress and anxiety.

I like that the author goes directly to the topic and that it is not complicated to read. Today's situation in the world is really difficult and I believe that this book, but also similar books could help a lot of people.

This book deserves a 4/4 for its simplicity, straight forwardness and for the tremendous amount of information it has. Kudos to the author for the effort.

I would give this book a 3 out of 4 rating. It was well written but I am not sure who the book is aimed at. If it is a starting point for people trying to deal with stress then I would recommend it, or as an overview of treatments available for those with anxiety who are just beginning to look for remedies. However, I would be worried if people with serious anxiety disorders didn't consult their doctors and also consider medication, because natural remedies, especially herbal supplements, can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Just because something is "natural" doesn't make it safe. I did think the information about CBT, meditation and mindfullness were very useful, and would be a good start for reducing stress.
