Taking responsibility of our outcomes in life makes it easy to let go of the grief and makes us focused on what we want from our current standings point.

I completely agree with the author; the book is only a guide. It is on us, the readers, if we are committed in applying the tips found within the book. I'm not trying to demonize you, but your title of 'Take responsibility and relax.' is a little oversimplified. Well, it might be because trying to expand that title will be too much for a forum topic.

I believe that every individual must take full responsibility for his actions, this does not only help him succeed, but it also helps him to reduce stress. Avoiding excuses for mistakes is the best pain-reliever.

When you take full responsibility of your actions and stop blaming other people then it shows that a person can be able to face the situation at hand confidently.

Learning to accept my own responsibility in whatever happens in my life saves a lot of time and actually gets me moving forward instead of being stuck in the mire of blame.
This is spot on! There’s also a certain level of respect earned when people around you know that you’re the type of person who takes responsibility for his/her actions. It’s a rare and commendable quality. As humans, it’s in our nature to first place blame when something goes wrong rather than acknowledge our faults.

In my opinion, taking responsibility goes way beyond just accepting the outcome of a situation. Sometimes, you may be too hard on yourself and become anxious. I believe learning from your mistakes and doing better the next time is what taking responsibility is about.

Taking a full responsibility means you have a clear view of everything that you can do and everything that is out of your control. Your choices are your own and others' are theirs alone.

In any fault or mistake we study and learn and handle it by relax, then at the towards will get success to destiny and get more experience and skill. That's a process in life before we have get a success of destiny in life.

Being responsible and accountable is a must if you want to overcome your anxiety. I think this is obvious since if you don't want to be accountable of your anxiety, then why did you even read this book? What's the point, right? I'm not that sure about the "relax" part though. We can try to relax and ease our emotions, but it doesn't we would always feel relaxed just because we tried to.

I think it is necessary to take complete responsibility for our actions and our decisions so that we don't have to waste our time to blame others for our problems. That way, we can take every bad choice as an experience and learn from it.

I absolutely agree in taking responsibility for our own actions. We can’t change things that others do, so if we always point the finger outwards- blaming everything in our life on someone (or something) else, change isn’t possible.

Taking responsibility in full for your life means, you are in charge of your actions whether the outcome of it is negative or positive. There is no other person to be blamed with except yourself. You are accountable to your own decisions. But this is very hard. God didn't create us to be alone. He created Adam n Eve for them to have an interaction with one another. It goes as well with us. We need each other .
