Jachike, I think you missed the point in your post. Physical pain is not being referred to here as a cause of anxiety, but a symptom of anxiety. And DEFINITELY physical pain can be caused by anxiety.Jachike Samuelson wrote: ↑11 Aug 2020, 05:34 Nerea wrote:

I did. The book just reinforced the idea. I've had times in my life where I had to cancel on clients because I just couldn't move around or get anything done. Physical pain is a real source of anxiety.

This aspect of the book gave me great insight into my eating habits. Also talking about sharing our experience with others to help reduce the levels of anxiety and stress really would help readers to become more open to others for help when needed

This is very true. We tend to keep emotions hidden at times, but opening up to those you trust can be a huge stress reliever.
