I agree wholeheartedly with this. The authors noted after almost every remedy that professional guidance should be used when using this treatment. This led me to believe that it was more of a learning about the treatments and which you MAY want to try instead of should try.Ruba Abu Ali wrote: ↑01 Aug 2020, 11:18 I believe it IS a practical guide. However, I don't think the author meant for it to be a substitute for professional diagnosis and management. It is rather an ancillary tool to specialized medical help.

The beauty about natural remedies is that you don't need a medical diagnosis for you to apply them. Everyone should be doing what is in the book whether or not they are under stress. Is the advice practical? Definitely. When applied it does wonders for stress reliefSushan wrote: ↑01 Aug 2020, 02:43 This is a practical guide to relieve anxiety and stress, by two authors who are renowned as well as experienced in the subject.
Yet, this is a book to read and understand by the reader him/herself, and then to apply its content to get relieved from his/her anxiety and stress.
To what extent this practice is practical? Without a proper assessment and a guidance from a trained personnel, will it deliver the expected results? Or will it worsen the issue?
