Was Eden a true paradise?

I really do not understand the question but Eden is a true paradise as has been described. However if I get the above question correctly, it would be "shouldn't a murder be a mishap in the garden of Eden" and my answer to that would be the murder couldn't have taken place in the garden of Eden as Adam and Eve had already been thrown out even before they had children.

No, they were sent out because they disobeyed God and ate from the fruit.
It had little to do with preserving the place.

The murder didn't happen in Eden but outside it after Adam and Eve had been exiled.

I don't think that Eden was paradise. Eden was full of traps; the tree, Lucifer and man was under evaluation in Eden. To me Eden didn't seem very permanent in that regard. It felt like man was there on condition that he passed the exam.

Yeah, Eden is commonly referred to as heaven on earth, but the earth is not referred to as Eden. By implication, this means that Eden just occupied a portion on the earth. And Abel's murder didn't happen in Eden as Adam and Eve had already been expelled from the garden.

I don't understand the question. But Eden did exist. Scientists have found evidence that Eden must have existed in Africa. Near the Nile I am not so sure whether it's hundred percent true but I do know that Eden must have existed.

Based on the description of the garden, I would say it was a paradise. That's why when they were cast out they began to experience pain.

Yes, I think Eden was truly a paradise especially because the presence of God was so close as well and Adam and Eve before they sinned were well provided for.
