I believe that natural methods are more useful in treating stress. Stress really creates more stress, and drugs can have adverse effects and even develop addiction.

You made some excellent suggestions for this book. I agree that the authors should have included some illustrations and testimonials to strengthen their case. Nevertheless, I also believe that holistic medicine is a better alternative to pharmaceuticals. So, anyone seeking to alleviate anxiety and stress should read the information in this book.
