Re: Official Review: Winning the War on Cancer

A book that offers alternative ways to treat cancer sounds intriguing. Looks like a lot of research was involved. I wouldn't have trust just using alternative methods, and I believe one should combine both orthodox and unconventional medicine. It is good that the book is well-organized and edited, that it includes personal stories, and that it reveals the pharmaceutical companies' agenda. Thank you for the review!

Sylvie Beljanski seems to be a strong woman to fight to prove her father's innocence. I'm a med student and the theme of the holistic approach to health attracts me, even though we don't hear a lot about it. Besides the interesting story of the author, the theme of the pharmacological companies also caught my interest. I might give it a try. Thanks for the informative review!

This is an inspirational non-fiction book on alternative medicine, bias, government, and a unique natural approach to dealing with cancer. The book has a free sample on Amazon Kindle and has an inciteful OnlineBookClub review. Congrats @SylvieBeljanski on the BOTD selection.

Your review of today's BOTD was amazing - thank you! This information sounds incredibly interesting and very helpful, especially to those who are affected directly or indirectly by cancer. My mom passed away in 2018 at age 61 after her battle with brain cancer. Hopefully, people take it upon themselves to read this - I wish I had valuable info like this years ago. Your optimism toward the subject has definitely sparked curiosity within me. I greatly appreciate it, and I'm looking forward to learning more! :-)

This appears to be a wonderful book, one that I am interested in reading. With one out of every three Americans expected to develop cancer in their lifetimes, it's frightening how the costs of treatment can compound the pain experienced by the patient. Finding natural solutions to augment treatment is more important than ever. I applaud the author on her research, and on her dedication to her father and his work. Great review!

As someone who struggles with chronic illness, this seems like a relevant and necessary book for me to read. I have found medication to be harmful to my system, so natural remedies are my current topic of interest. Very good review!
